Unable to connect to Circle RBR50

Hardware: RBR50 (Orbi)

Firmware V2.7.3.22

 

For months (years?), upon original setup, Circle worked just fine. Suddenly, tonight, I am getting a message "Unable to find Circle". Here's where I am now:

 

After the app can't find, I'm presented the options "try again" or "pair new circle".

 

Try again doesn't work.

 

"Pair new circle" gets me to a screen that says "your router is compatible! Do you want to enable Circle on your NETGEAR router?"

 

If I select "Enable Circle" I get recirculating arrows for a moment then same screen reloads.

 

If I select "No Thanks" I'm taken back.

 

I have powered off my iPhone from which I am using the Circle app, and turned it back on. No success.

 

I'm trying to avoid rebooting my router (especially if that's not the fix) because of work in progress for members of my family tonight. Can you please tell what the fix IS here?
