Unable to connect to router
Unable to connect to router. Trying to do a firmware update. I'am using the user name and password from the tag on the router. The site listed is http://orbilogin.com
The Orbi has two sets of user ID's and passwords. When it comes "out of the box":
- The WiFi network has the name (SSID) and password that is printed on the label.
- The user administration has user ID "admin" (which cannot be changed) and password "password", which the user is badgered into changing into something "more secure".
To access the Orbi administrative web site, you need the ID "admin" and the administrative password, not the ID and password printed on the label.
