Hmmm. A "new one" for me. A lot of ISP's these days are "automatic". The Orbi does not need login credentials.
"modem settings" and "router settings" are different things.
If the PC is connected to the Orbi with WiFi, then the Orbi will translate "orbilogin.com" to the IP address of the Orbi.
If the PC is connected to the Orbi with an ethernet cable, then you need to figure out the IP address of the Orbi router and use that instead of "orbilogin.com". I would open a "command window" (sometimes called a DOS Box) and type in
ipconfig /all
This will display the IP address of the gateway, which will be the Orbi router.
