Unable to get gigabit spped on the network

Can you help me with my network connection why I am not getting my connection right
I have a setup as follows
- Internet received on Internet router via fibre optic directly which also has gigabit port with 250mbps internet connection.
- This connects to Netgear Orbi (https://www.netgear.com/orbi/rbk50.aspx) which is helping me get 250 mbps wifi in location 1.
- Orbi connects to a Gigabit Lan Switch (TP link TL SG1005D) via cat 7. (https://www.tp-link.com/us/home-networking/5-port-switch/tl-sg1005d/)
- Gigabit switch is connected to Media converter (10/100/1000) via cat 7
- Media converter(10/100/1000) connects to location 2 via fibre optic (130meters)
- Location 2 has media converter as well which connects to Netgear R6850 AC2000 with Cat 7

7. Netgear Router R6850 is the wifi point at location 2.
Location 1 has internet of over 200mbps but Location 2 is only getting upto 95 mbps. Can you help me understand where I am going wrong ?

So everything in location 1 hits the speeds you expect.
its once you get to location 2 that you're having issues?
if so, you'll need to start testing each step to see where the drop happens. If its happening when you terminate your fibre, there's the problem. If you have full speed prior to the router R6850 but not after the router, then you need to troubleshoot, router/cables/etc at that point. If the speed decrease is happening at the switch prior to converstion to fibre, then maybe its the switch.
its tough to troubleshoot with what you've given us as there's many different devices. Each of which could be the issue. You're goal is to narrow it. Again, if everying in location 1 is performing as it should but location 2 isn't, start testing each step to determine which device is causing the slow down.
