Unable to login to Orbi app
I purchased my Orbi with 1 satellite for my home 6 months ago. It has been working fine, but today I tried to log onto the app and it will not accept my password any longer. I have tried recovering the password, but my security answers are not being accepted either. I do not recall ever resetting the password and am confident of my security answers. I have rest the router and Orbi, but still nothing. Is there anything to try before a factory reset?

Are you on the 2.1 firmware for the orbi unit? the app just updated and needs the router to have the latest firmware.
