Unable to login to Orbi Network

I had a working wireless network with my Motorola SB6120 modem connected to the Orbi RBK53 with 2 satellites.  Changed modem to Netgear CM700.  Called Spectrum to register and change over the modem.  Modem to desktop PC internet connection works.  Changing the modem disabled the established WiFi network.

I am having issues establishing the WiFi with the Orbi router.  Followed the New System Setup instructions using the Orbi app on my cell phone.  Cannot find the Orbi WiFi Network to connect but can still see the previous WiFi network name.  Please help!

I am able to get internet with the hardwire from the modem > router > desktop PC.

P.S.:
I have tried the following and nothing has worked so far:
* Disconnected the satellites and only tried to establish WiFi with the base unit.

* Used a paper clip to reset the base unit.

* Deleted the Orbi app and reinstalled.

  • Power OFF both ISP modem and RBR for 1 minute, then power ON the ISP Modem and let it sync, then power ON the RBR.

Use a wired PC to connect to the RBR and walk thru the setup wizard with a web browser pointed at 192.168.1.1 or orbilogin.com.
