Unable to reach certain web sites on RBK53

This resolves to This may or may not be something related to Orbi .. I figured I'll ask the experts here. I'm using the latest firmware (2.7.3.22). The DNS entered in the Orbi are 1.1.1.1 208.67...

I'm getting the same thing now. It is redirecting to https://panasonic.jp/support/

the actual site I'm trying to get to is

https://av.jpn.support.panasonic.com/support/global/cs/bd/download/ub420/ub420_us.html

Are you able to load this on your systems?

That's what comes up for me as well. I have no explanation for what could be causing the web site to fail, except that it does not appear to be a function of the Orbi router.
