Unable to register new product - error message

Purchased Orbi AC3000 Router today, but unable to register product. I think the product was a return product. I simply get an error message "something went wrong..try again", but to no avail.    ...

Hi,

I also unable to register my product,

says error something went wrong.

 

any help would be great

How are you trying to register and what shows the error?

 

Is this at mynetgear.com?

    Hi Michael,

     

    i was trying to register it once i logged in to the portal and chose Register a Product.
