Unable To Register Orbi RBR50

Good morning, 

I am trying to register my Orbi RBR50 on the Netgear website and it is saying the product has already been registered. I purchased through Amazon last monthand have the receipts. I have emailed Netgear customer support a couple of week ago and have not heard back. Undersdtand in these current times everyrthing is up in the air, but if someone can help that would be amazing!
