Unable to register RBK23 Orbi System

Question

When I try to register I get error messages. Tried online and in app separately. In Mobile App it says "Says Requested Customer ID not found".&nbsp;Web Browser attempt&nbsp;says "Something went wrong, Please contact support team." Problem is I can't contact support without a product being registered. Frustrating! Please let me know how to address or how to contact support without a registered product. Thank you.
