Unanble to register my used Orbi router/RBR40 & Orbi Wall Plug Satellite/RBW30

 My dad ordered a used Orbi home wifi system from Amazon for me as a gift. I tried to register this product on my netgear account, but I kept getting an error message that my serial number is already registered. How do I register my router and wall plug satellite that came with this system? {RBR40 Router & RBW30 Satellite}
