I sold my RBK 50 and the new owner says I'm still registered for remote management. How to remove this so he can access remote management. My serial number is 4PMH835909721

- Retired_MemberJul 18, 2020NG support will not assist because the product is out of the warranty period. I can't even submit a ticket. This has been an ongoing issue with this company. I am not understanding why after a reset you still are connected to the router. There are saying some rep with the model number and serial number can unregister the device so the new owner can use it. Can anyone assist besides telling me what not to post.
