update firmware

Trying update the firmware on my rbr50 but when I get to Firmware update I see:

Model Name Device Name Current Version Status Router RBR50 RBR50 V1.4.0.18 Service unreachable Satellite RBS50 RBS50 V2.0.0.74 V2.3.1.60

 

Any idea how I can do this update?
