update to 2.7.2.102 on router and ALL BUT ONE satellite - how do I update the last one?

Did the "Update All" option in Orbi - Advanced - Administration - Firmware Update and my Orbi router and 2 satellites updated to V2.7.2.102 but there is one satellite stuck at V2.7.1.60. And now even when I check for new fireware, they all say that there in "No new firmware version available," even the one at V2.7.1.60.Any idea how to update the last satellite? Can't seem to find anywhere on NG site to download and do Manual Update.

  • They're usually kept in the download area.  Look up at this page.  Once there enter your model number

Try a full power OFF of the RBR and RBS. Power back on then check the RBRs web page for a FW update for v102. I would power cycle the ISP modem as awell. Turn OFF the 2nd RBS thats already been updated as well.

thanks for the advice but that didn't seem to work either.

I wonder if it has something to do with how they say to update the satellites' firmware before you update the router firmware. I just assumed the Update All option would have done it that way automatically.

UPDATE ALL should work. IT worked for me however i only had 1 RBS not two.

Only other thing to try would be to downgrade the RBR back to v60, factory reset the RBR and the 1 RBS that didn't update. Walk thru the setup wizard with the one RBS, Turn OFF the other RBS. One setup wizard completes, check to see if v102 is available for both RBR and RBS.
