Update

So yesterday I called Netgear about a few questions. Not today I’m trying to go online to see if I need to do an update and now it’s not accepting my password and it’s saying that I need to turn the VPN off of my Android to download on my iPad? Anyone know what that means. How do I recover my password?

    are you accessing with the app? through the browser?
