Upload Packet loss on Orbi AC3000 Wifi system (2 pack)

Fortunately, my problem was solved. It was actually solved around mid december but I just now realized that I hadn't updated my post. After trying nearly everything, I basically gave up on trying to fix it and realized it must be my ISP and decided to wait it out. Sometime around mid-december, there were Xfinity trucks down my street for a few hours working on something. After they left, my packet-loss was gone. I hadn't called them so either one of my neighbors called or they figured out that there was a problem. Its been a few months and I haven't had packet loss since.
