UPnP table blank and port forwarding not working

The port forwarding on my orbi routers dont seem to be working and the upnp table is blank. can anyone please help because this effects me when i want to do things like play games and use omegle.

    The most common issue with port forwarding is when the Orbi is connected "behind" another router.  If the ISP device is configured as a router, then it will block incoming connections and they will never reach the Orbi to be forwarded.  See this article by Netgear:

    Please describe the ISP device (brand and model number).
