usb port is not function on the orbi66 router

Connected a Samsong 64 g thumb drive to the newly purchased orbi66 router usb port and could not see the drive folder on my PC desktop. Recalled saw the drive folder appeared on PC desktop when the drive connected first time. Since then nothing appeared after reconnection. Opened http://orbilogin.com and could not see the drive in Attached Devices. Other portable devices and PC are listed as Attached devices.
