Use 2nd Orbi RBK50 (mesh) router as a satellite?
I found it cheaper to aquire 2nd RBK/RBS 50 system than extra satellites! I linked the extra satellite to my system without problem now I would like to use the 2nd Router also just a satellite. ...

Just be sure that the 2.4 and 5Ghz radio channels are far apart from the main Orbi, i.e. 2.4Ghz on main Orbi set to channel 11, on the RBR in AP mode in the basement, set to channel 1. Same in regards to 5Ghz radios.

Ive actually found a good location for the RBR50 roter as an AP.
In the bowels of my house I have a RBS50 giving signal to my outside whole house generater which obviously doesnt move. Alos a PC server powered by TPlink 2000 power line extender.
Using the router as an AP is bettter than as a paperweight.
Can you link me to some simple instructions on how to configer the RBR50 as an AP?
Thanks
