In what mode do you have your Orbi configured?
- If Orbi is in AP Mode then you can use the Ethernet ports of your ISP Router.
- If Orbi is in Router Mode, then you can't use the Ethernet ports on your ISP router, otherwise your devices will be located on two different networks and will not be possible to communicate between them. Also if Orbi is configured in Router Mode please make sure that the ISP Router is bridged, set to Passthrough mode or forwarded to DMZ.
Please note that you can always connect a simple switch to Orbi to provide you with more Ethernet ports.
