Using EX6410 extender with existing Orbi RBR50 Mesh network

Hi

 

I have an existing Orbi Mesh network at home (RBR50)  - router + single satellite.

Can i connect the EX6410 extender to this existing mesh network? I just need to extend the coverage slightly to cover a part of the house where the connection is weak.

The area is currently covered by the satellite but because its a little far, signal is weak. I cannot move the satellite any closer to cover the area or it will go out of range with the router (hope this makes sense)

    I've seen other use simple extenders and add to their Orbi network. It doesn't integrate with the system with the smart roaming/single ssid function and it doesn't use the wireless backhaul but it does work.
