Could be that's as fast as your phone can go.
If you want to check your WiFi throughput, you should do so with a desktop or laptop with a WiFi adapter with good specs. For Orbi you need 802.11 ac, support for 80 MHz channel width, and a link rate of at least 867 Mbps on 5 GHz.
