Visio Internet Connection to OrbiRBR10

My Visio Smart TV dosen't have internet from my new orbi RBR10 through WiFi or Ethernet connection. WiFi on the TV says it is connected to my home WiFi network, but won't play any of the Smart Apps like NetFlix or YouTube. The Roku that i linked to the WiFi will play them, but not the TV. I recently install the Orbi due to my old router dying. Saying all of this, I had a diffacult time connecting other devices to the Orbi.

First make sure you are connected to the correct home WIFI network.

When a Vizio TV experiences this issue:

press the menu button on your TV remote and choose System > Reset & Admin > Soft Power Cycle. After choosing the soft power cycle, your unit will power off and restart.

If your model does not have this feature, unplug the TV, hold down the power button on the back of the TV for 1 minute. Plug it back in and turn on the TV.

After completing one of these steps, go to your network screen and forget the network and rejoin.
