Looking for an answer to this, AVAST has pointed to an issue.
I was running on an iMac 27" 2017 Retina5K 24Gb 1TB 3.4Ghz Intel Core i5, macOS High Sierra 10.13.4
RBR40 Route with 2 satellites

| GUI Language Version | V1.0.0.314 |

See if v2.1.3.6 is available for the RBR or RBK40. If it is, try upgrading FW. Reset then setup from scratch and test.
If not, you should contact NG support and ask for help and information on this.
