- reserved the pc ip on my router to a specific IP (picture)

-set up port number 9 to my pc internal ip adress (picture)

- tried 2 different DNS services (copying the DNS into wake on lan - public adress, after adding the pc to my account (teamviewer))

Here are few ideas to troubleshoot and improve Wake-on-LAN functionality over the internet:

i think that your router's firewall is  blocking the required ports for Wake-on-LAN.ypu can check that it worked for me.

Temporarily disable any firewall or antivirus software on your PC that might be blocking external Wake-on-LAN requests. Remember to enable them again after testing.
