Websites being blocked asking for username and password

having trouble with common websites being blocked; asking for username and password. Simple sites such as apple.com. Unable to log into orbi router, also unable to log into frontier router. Please advise....

    Is this happening on all devices or just one?

      I have the same problem  I set up my replacement orbi router and reset my 2 satellites and now all my devices ask for a username and password going to any website.  How can I fix this?

        Have you tried to forget the network on those devices and connect again to the network?
