I installed my Orbi system Friday. Since then when I try to navigate to CNN.com, I get a weird-looking page that asks for my password (I don’t have a pw for CNN). I’ve gotten a similar page for a couple other sites, but only once or twice and then they started working normally again. Any ideas what’s going on? Thanks.

You seem to have double NAT in your network that causes this issue.
If your Orbi is set in Router Mode then you should make sure the ISP modem/router is not also acting as a router.
What is the model of the ISP modem/router you’re using and do you have the manual for it to see if it can be set in bridged, pass through or DMZ modes?
If you can’t change in the ISP router then you need to keep it as your main router and instead set Orbi in AP Mode.- BrenkjAspirant
Thanks for the response. Our service is through AT&T. It looks like the brand of the router is is Pace? The model is 5268AC. I don't have a manual, but I can look for one online.

Thanks, here is the manual. You need to set it up in DMZ Plus mode as described in page 23 of the manual. This is if you want to keep Orbi in Router Mode.
Another option would be to keep the ISP router as is and change Orbi to AP Mode.
