What the @#$@#$$@# is wrong with ORBI APP iOS Logins?

What login do you use for the ORBI app on iOS for ipad and iphone? 

 

I've tried my netgear account email and password and I get errors and i'm not able to login. Obvisouly the email password combo work otherwise I would not be on here typing this or be able to log into the mynetgear site. 

 

So whats the @#$@#$@# deal? What login are we supposed ot use in the stupid app?

    I faced the same issue on my iPad while the same app was working fine on my iPhone.

    whenever I tried to log in on Orbi App, it loads and go right back to the same log-in screen with ID and Password field.

    If it is the same case, I highly recommend you to delet the app and re-download and install it from the app store. 

    That was the only solution worked in my case.

    The App is asking you for the password you use to log into the router. Or at least that is what I have been entering!

      incorrect.

       

      I log into the router with admin as user and a password.

       

      The stupid app is asking for email and password. So I tried using my netgear web site account information email and password. I get this error:

       

      "an error has occured. try again."
