when Netgear updates firmware or app and product stops working do they support?

 

My orbi network is working but my orbi app on ihpone will not connect and my orbi web app has errors.  Is there any way to get Orbi help as this seems to have happened when I upgraded to ios14 on iphone se2020.

    What Firmware version is currently loaded?
    What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

     

    Has a power off for 1 minute then back on been performed since last update?
    Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update?

    Many other people are having this same trouble. It looks like Netgear broke the Orbi iOS app with the latest release.

     

    Do you also have the Nighthawk app on your phone from a previous router? If so, delete it.
