Where should I put the satellites

The minimum distance desired between router and satellite is 30 ft (10 meters). so you're correct in your distance. Your problem is concrete. Concrete is amazing at blocking wifi signals. Amazing. If you want faster speeds, adding a satellite isn't going to help if the concrete is still blocking. If you can figure out an angle that will remove that concrete from the connection between router and satellite, your speeds will increase significantly.
