Which is the best satellite to add to my RBR10

To be perfectly honest, I think you are f**d.  My guess is that  the only Orbi product that will work with the RB10 is another RBS10.  The RBS10's have no ethernet port, so I think there was never any intention of allowing ethernet backhaul on the "10 series" product.

I am wrong (a lot), so maaaaaaybe some ordinary Orbi satellite will backhaul to an RBR10 over ethernet, but I would not invest much money in it.
