Which ORBI model?

Hi,I have a Nighthawk R7000 with an EX3100 extender to cover a 180 m2 flat.The coverage with that system is poor and I want to pass to a mesh wifi with Orbi.The signal of the R7000 to the extender is about 35% on 5GHz.My budget is enough for RBK50 wit router and one satellite or RBK23 with router and 2 satellites.Which one should be the best solution?Thanks!
