While trying to download orbi switch's my Hz

While trying to download orbi switch's my Hz and my download stops. or gets 300kbs a second. Is there anyway to stop it from switching me from 5hz to 2.4?

    You may want to try and lower the power of the 2.4ghz band in the advanced wifi settings see if that helps at all.
