Why Am I Not Getting the Speed
My admin app shows I am getting the more than 400mbs I am paying for but my computer speed tests are showing 1/4 on one computer and 1/8 on another. What can I do to get my speed up?
- May 21, 2020
No, 300Mpbs is a connection rate of the wifi adapter. Not wired. Connection rate is the link rate between the adapter and the source wifi signal only. The connection rate differs from actual thruput speeds.

What is the distance between the router and satellite(s)? 30 feet is recommended in between RBR and RBS to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected. https://kb.netgear.com/000036466/How-far-should-I-place-my-Orbi-satellite-from-my-Orbi-router
What channels are you using? Auto? Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and any unused channel on 5Ghz.
