Why does Orbi satellite light come on at random times during the day? RBK30

What is the distance between the router and satellite currently?
The router is on one end of my house and the satelite on the other. I'd guess about 50 feet.
I would try moving it closer and see. I have similar placement however mines about 40 feet.
but then I am concerned about not getting the coverage I need in a specific room.
Is the wifi actually working when the light comes on?
