Get the whole wan/lan. Trying to find out what the lan is showing up connected at while a device is plugged in.

What ever is pluged into LAN port 1 is only connecting at 100Mpbs and not at 1000Mpbs.

try replacing the cable with at least a cat 6 cable. And try it on different ports to see if its related to the port.

when you switch ports, does the other port switch to 100mbps connection?
do any devices connect at gigabit speeds under the statistics page?
