What is the Mfr and model of these "WiFi switches"?

Orbi doesn't allow to separate the SSID names officially on Orbi. However you can do this:

Once you turn OFF The 5Ghz SSID broadcast, you should be able to setup the 2.4Ghz devices on Orbi.
