Use this same configuration:

Currently Troubleshooting Settings:

Beamforming : ON
MU-MIMO: OFF
Fast Roaming: OFF

 

What is the mfr and model# of the ISP modem that the Orbi is connected too? 

What channels are you using? Try manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz. 

Any other wifi neighbors near by? If so, how many?
