WiFi Network
The Orbi was working fine. Then our internet went down for a day or so. Once the internet came back I tried to reconnect the router, but when I go to setup on my IMAC looking for the wifi network to conect to, the network name is not there--either ORBI or our custom network name. We called our provider but they said it was an ORBI issue. Have not made any progress in contactting Netgear.
Any ideas what is happending and what to do?

first connect by ethernet and see if it working , if not factory reset with the push button pin in each unit and redo the initial setup
