Wifi not working on RBR50

Everything was working perfectly, and after an ORBI system update, the wifi is not working anymore. 

 

It has an intermittent service with a ratio of 85% offline / 15% online 

 

i restarted everything, rebooted... nothing. 

 

Can you advise?

    Does a factory reset and setup from scratch bring the WiFi back?
