I do not know what is the cause behind this issue. I have also asked Router Supports for help. I am just waiting for there reply. If anyone from here can help me out then it will be fine for me.

Health warning, Router Supports is an external website that has nothing to do with Netgear.
It is well known that some of these sites are there just to relieve you of money. They are not affiliated with official support. If things go wrong when you use them, you cannot blame Netgear.
Netgear itself does not provide paid-for support. It farms that out to GearHead Technical Support.
But if you are within 90 days of buying your device you are eligible for free support via Netgear.
