What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?
How many devices do you have connected? Has it been working well up until you installed more devices.

there are 20 devices connected
are they all connected to the router base or satelllite or mixed connections?

they are probably connected to the base, I do not know how to connect them just to the satalite
