Wifi works but all other ports do not
I have a good internet connection to the internet but for whatever reason, none of my outgoing ports are working when I directly plug into it. Not sure why that's happening?
I contacted support and found out the ip address on the satelite was not matching the router. What I was told to do next is unplug everything coming into the satelite and hold the reset button down for about 1 minute. Once that was done it hooked up to the router no problem and worked perfectly.
