Wifi works but Ethernet doesn't on one specific device only

I tried the ports work fine, but it still refuses to give internet to the laptop, Everything is upto date and updated, I reset network connections thinking it will fix the problem but even that didn't do it, ip address settings is set to automatic, The laptop can connect to internet on other routers, its just this router that doesn't work

What do you actually see when you try to connect? Unfortunately, "refuses to give internet " doesn't tell us much.
It may even be that the laptop "refuses to get internet". You need to rule out that possibility.
If this is a Windows laptop, put its Network troubleshooter through its paces and see if it can detect any problems.

It gives me the globe icon with no internet connection, The laptop Recieves internet from other devices but just doesnt get internet from this router speicfically I ruled the laptop being spoiled possibility out, I even went as far as to reset all network settings on my laptop, also yes I did run the trouble shooter and it didn't work....

Sadly "didn't work" is a poor diagnostic description.
If your laptop can connect to the wifi from the router but the Ethernet does not work, there is a good chance that it is Windows getting in the way. Unfortunately, I can't tell from your answer if you have investigated that thoroughly.
For example, what do you see here?

I have no clue what happened, but suddenly it fixed itself, Absolutely no clue why that is
