Will orbi work for assisted living?

Mom is in  assisted living.   Wanting to put in a camera into her apartment/room. The Wi-Fi of the building is not strong enough of a signal. With this Orbi be an option?  If so, what would I need to know to be able to hook it up in this three-story building ?

    Hello Samt

     

    Your mom would have to have her own internet connection if she shares it without the building then it would not work unless she has a Ethernet connection in her place.
