If CAT5, or possible bad cable could cause some problems if not working well.
What is the Mfr and model # of this switch?
Try this, turn OFF the one wireless RBS and leave the wired RBS connected. Does the problem still happen?

Is the RBS directly connected to the RBR or is there a ethernet switch in between?
IF there is a switch what is the Mfr and model # of this switch?
What catgory LAN cable are you using? CAT6 is minimum recommended.
Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last update?

Is the RBS directly connected to the RBR or is there a ethernet switch in between? Yes. And I tried it both ways and same result. (Its an unmanaged switch)
What catgory LAN cable are you using? CAT6 is minimum recommended.? I do not think it is. I'm a little skeptical that the cable could bring down the network though.
