Wireless devices will not connect to wired satellites
I live in a 2 story home, plus basement (7000 sq ft total). RBR50 is in the basement connected to the router. I also have 3 satellites(RBS50) : 2 wired (located in the main floor office and 2nd floor family room), and 1 wireless (main floor kitchen). The are all loaded with firmware version 2.5.2.4.
The problem is none of my device is connecting to either of the wired satellites. They are either attempting to the main router or the wireless satellite consequenly getting undesirable signal. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Is the wired RBS directly connected to the RBR or is there a network LAN switch in between? IF so, What is the Mfr and model# of the ethernet switch in the configuration?

What is the distance between the router and satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR and RBS to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.
https://kb.netgear.com/31029/Where-should-I-place-my-Orbi-satelliteWhat channels are you using? Auto? Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and any unused channel on 5Ghz.
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?Disable Daisy Chain.
Try enabling Beamforming and MIMO(MIMO may or may not be needed) and WMM. Under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless Settings
Turn down the power out put of the RBR from 100% to 50% and see what happens...Under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless Settings
