Smart TV connected by ethernet is stable now. 21 wireless out of 38 devices are connected by wifi. Most of our smart Kasa light switches are not connecting, 2 out of 3 ecobee thermostats are not connecting, some alexas are not connecting and a smart tv. Verizon is telling me the wifi on Orbi isn't working well. I've tried calling Netgear customer service many times now, only to have call dropped after about 1 hour of waiting each time. pls help.
Did you reboot the Orbi router, after Verizon reset the ONT? Also you may have to go to each regulr and smart device, that is having an issue and reconnect.

Yes, rebooted the router. Looks like I'll be buying a new router.

Sorry to have slept through the discussion..... I am stuck on the question, "How do we know the devices will not connect?"
Orbi "app"?
Orbi web interface Attached Devices?
or.... the IoT device management app cannot control them?
Does the new Fios broadcast WiFi?
