WLAN/Backhual drop problems

Does every Orbi system have these problems (backhaul drops) or just the RBK50 kits?

 

Most of the problems in this forum are related to the 50 series.

    I'm pretty sure (based on my experience (with the RBK50 and RBS50) and the topics and comments in this forum) this is related to firmware.

    What firmware version are you running? how many satellites do you have? Have you tried to move your satellites around in your home to different spots to see if the drops stop?
