Try this?

Need to press the reset button for 30 seconds then release, then it send to PUT the command and upload the FW.
I had a problem on a Windows 10 PC where this didn't work to use TFTP, so I switched to a WIndows 7 PC and the TFTP worked.

Try nmrpflash?
I've had luck with that when tftp didn't work

It does not work.
I've tried iterations of 7 seconds, 15 seconds, 30 seconds, 60 seconds and 90 seconds. None actually factory reset this device. As soon as it boots it still has my old SSID, DHCP disabled, etc. The page at 192.168.1.1 is inaccessible giving connection refused.

FURRYe38 : tftp failed (I had previously tried it for both the newest and a rolled back firmware.)
However that nmrpflash tool *did* seem to allow my device to reboot (and even go back to factory settings!).
I'm in the process of resetting up the device in the hopes this doesn't happen again. Thank you for pointing me toward the tool on Github.

Awesome, good to hear. Glad the alternate tool worked. Good to know this.
Once it's setup, Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.
